The 504 School is an intimate, non-profit school located in Midtown Atlanta that specializes in educating bright, active students between the ages of 5 and 10 who have ADHD and co-occurring conditions. We understand the unique academic and behavioral challenges facing students who have ADHD and offer an alternative educational environment that delivers both remediation and enrichment.
Our core educational premise is that the educational environment needs to adapt to fit the needs of the individual child as opposed to traditional schools where the child is expected to fit the needs of the educational environment.
Our typical student is active and our program reflects this need. We focus on the whole child by integrating the cognitive, social, emotional and physical needs of our students into the program. Our mission is to ensure that our students are self confidant, able to engage in positive social interactions, and able to experience success within an academic setting. We are conveniently located at but not affiliated with the Grace United Methodist Church in midtown Atlanta. We would like to thank The Grace United Methodist Church for their continued support and generosity. We are currently accepting applications for the 2008/2009 school year.
